Having a costume that I could get photos of in my tap shoes has been a slight cosplay dream of mine for a few years, and I was so happy that Amanda of Elemental Photography was able to help me realize that a few weeks ago <33333

Though I've been planning this costume for a while, when I heard that Tricon (in a children's museum which was a super cool location) had a floor piano, I thought it would be the perfect time to finish this costume!! And boy am I glad I did! 

Main dress is made out of a white peau de soie, and was mostly just a basic princess seam dress that went out into a circle skirt. The left side of the dress was hand gathered and sewn for the 'peak', and the flowers were added through hand sewing and glue~ Green petticoat, socks and the basic gloves were bought, though for the gloves all the lace was hand sewn on for around the arm at the top and around each of the finger holes. Flowers were bought from mixes at Michael's and dollorama and were a mix of white and ivory. I also handsewed down an ivory pearl trim around the bottom of the white dress for added detail~ Wig came as a giant long mess and that was also cut and styled before wear.
