Horns were made a per this tutorial: -[link]
I loved how it gave the horns a more realistic, textured look.

Dragon head was made by first making a wire frame, covering that with tinfoil then with model magic (in hindsight, use paperclay instead) and then painted. Staff itself I taped off areas to keep black with scotch tape and painted the rest. Shoes were bought from thrift store and painted red with fabric paint. Shirt was a plain black tee and I ironed on the symbol.

Gloves were made out of tights from welovecolors.com
